Nominations sought for 2014 California Peace Awards

State Assemblyman Luis Alejo announced that nominations are open for the 2014 California Peace Awards.

The awards recognize individuals who have shown a commitment to stopping violence in their community and creating a safer place. California Peace Award honorees will be recognized on August 5th during National Night Out.

Eligible nominees must live within the 30th Assembly District. To find out if your nominee is a resident of this district, go here.
