Jimmy Walker Wins Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Tournament

A winner was officially announced at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Tournament Sunday.

After starting the day in the lead, Jimmy Walker walked away with the victory on the 18th hole.

Only needing a par on the last hole, Walker did just that sinking a 4-foot putt.

Walker says there is definitely something majestic about winning the Pro-Am on the last hole.

“We were on that last hole and my caddy says ‘wow, we’re here, a chance to win Pebble Beach on the last hole’ and what a cool feeling. You said 4 feet, that thing felt like 8 feet,” said Walker after winning the tournament.

When Walker first joined the PGA Tour he had 187 starts without winning and now he’s won for the third time in the last eight tournaments.

Here is a look at the final leaderboard:

1. Jimmy Walker -11

T-2. Jim Renner -10

T.2. Dustin Johnson -10

T.3. Jordan Spieth -8

T.3. Kevin Na -8
