Rumors Busted: Jacob Miller Not Facing Nine New Charges

District Attorney Terry Spitz confirmed Wednesday that the son of Monterey County Sheriff Scott Miller is not facing any new charges, despite some media outlets reporting differently.

Jacob Miller is facing several charges in three separate case, from separate agencies involving burglaries, but those charges haven’t changed from when they were originally filed, says Spitz.

Both the defense and prosecution are discussing their options, and a preliminary hearing for Miller has since been postponed.
