Alisal School Board Shuts Out Former Trustee Castaneda

A letter sent anonymously to Central Coast News shows the Alisal Union School District board members have asked Jose Castaneda to stay off the premises of district facilities.

The letter sent to Castaneda and signed by superintendent John Ramirez cites The California Penal Code sub-section “a” of Section 626.4, “I hearby withdraw consent for you to remain on the premises of District facilities as I have determined that you will ‘willfully disrupted the orderly operation’ of the District.”

Friday, Jose Castaneda told Central Coast News that he had not received any letter and was on campus as recently as this week.

Superintendent John Ramirez it was a majority vote of the school board to send the letter.
