Watch: Police hold briefing on ATV, dirt bike takeover on Bay Bridge

Oakland interim police chief James Beere, San Francisco police chief Derrick Lew and Steve Ramos of the Golden Gate Division of the California Highway Patrol held a briefing after dozens of riders on ATV’s and dirt bikes took over the Bay Bridge on Sunday.
