* WHERE…The Marin Hills, and Southern Salinas Valley/Arroyo Seco
and Lake San Antonio.

* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 8 AM PST this morning. For
the Wind Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
