the Santa Lucia Range, Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes
National Seashore, and San Francisco Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN…From 4 PM Tuesday to 4 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
