Cooler Saturday

Temperatures fall Saturday as weather system moves south into the Great Basin. While its rains will miss us, clouds and wind along with the aforementioned cool-down will be the biggest impacts. High pressure quickly rebuilds starting Sunday, sending temperatures back upward.

Air Quality: Good

Overnight: Increasing clouds with patchy drizzle possible on the south/east sides of the bay. Breezy at times. Lows in the low 50s on the coast and 40s to around 50ºF inland.

Saturday: Clouds slowly decrease into the afternoon. Cooler with gusty northwesterly winds. Highs in the upper 50s to mid-60s on the coast and mid-60s to mid-70s inland.

Sunday: A few morning clouds, then mostly sunny. Gusty northwesterly winds at times. Warmer, with coastal highs in the 60s-70s, and 70s-80s inland.

Extended: High pressure continues to build into the work week with highs around 10ºF above normal by Monday. Coastal temperatures flatten out for the remainder of the week with onshore flow and a few low clouds. It seems windy conditions may also persist.
