Jones’ 20 help Southern Utah beat New Mexico State 79-75

LAS CRUCES, N.M. — Led by Tevian Jones’ 20 points, the Southern Utah Thunderbirds defeated the New Mexico State Aggies 79-75 on Wednesday. The Thunderbirds are now 9-5 with the victory and the Aggies dropped to 7-6 after the Western Athletic Conference opener for both teams.
