Harris scores 18 in North Carolina Central’s 127-40 win

DURHAM, N.C. — Led by Ja’Darius Harris’ 18 points, the North Carolina Central Eagles defeated the Saint Andrews (NC) Knights 127-40 on Saturday. Allan Taylor finished with 12 points for the Knights. The Eagles are now 5-4 on the season.
