Oakland nonprofit buys apartment to offers teachers low-cost housing

As Bay Area schools struggle to hold onto good teachers who are getting priced out of the communities where they work, an Oakland nonprofit has bought an apartment building to rent to educators, which could be a model for the nation. Kevin Ko reports.
