Surveillance video released of fatal Oakley crash involving police chase

New surveillance video was released of a horrific crash in Oakley involving a group of boys in a stolen car from Antioch that was being chased by police. Reporter Brad Hamilton spoke to a neighbor of the innocent victim killed in the crash.
