Detectives find suspect in Cloverdale homicide in Santa Rosa

The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday said they found a suspect who was wanted in connection with a homicide in Cloverdale.

He was identified by the sheriff’s office as 56-year-old Lawrence Cassidy of Cloverdale.

The sheriff’s office said he is a suspect in a homicide that happened on the 300 block of Cloverdale Heights Way, around 4:47 p.m. Investigators on Saturday said they were searching for him and that he was considered armed and dangerous. 

On Sunday, the sheriff’s office said they found him in Santa Rosa.
