Goose saved from distress in the Glenwood Preserve

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. (KION) -- A goose was rescued after getting tangled up in the Glenwood Preserve on Monday.

The goose had been stuck in the water and needed some help from the Scotts Valley Fire District, aiding in rescuing it. The crew faced obstacles from looky-loo cows seeing what the fuss was about to navigating the wetland.

The crew used a kayak to paddle out to the goose and saved them. The goose is safe and sound at Native Animal Rescue.
