Salinas Police investigating early morning shooting, victim expected to survive

SALINAS, Calif. (KION-TV) -- An early morning shooting left one person shot but expected to survive in Salinas.

The shooting happened right after 4 a.m. Wednesday morning at Elkington Avenue near Sanborn Road.

According to Salinas Police, there is no threat to the public with no suspect at this time of reporting.
