Four drivers arrested for street racing in Salinas

SALINAS, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Four people have been arrested in Salinas for street racing along the US 101 on Thursday night.

According to CHP Monterey, two drivers were racing along the highway while another two blocked traffic and slowed them down.

The drivers were arrested for street racing and aiding and abetting street racing.

The cars in question were towed for the next 30 days.
