More than 2,000 customers without power in East Salinas

SALINAS, Calif. (KION) -- A power outage in the Alisal neighborhood of Salinas has left 2,471 customers without power due to the incoming storm.

According to PG&E, the outage was due to an unplanned outage because of the storm at 11:11 a.m.

Crews will be in the area soon to work on inspections and repairs.
