Lighthouse Cinema up for Sale

Longtime Pacific Grove movie theater, Lighthouse Cinema, is now up for sale after a post pandemic comeback.

The theater has been serving the central coast since 1987, it was shutdown during the pandemic but reopened in 2023, now financial hardships have forced the owners to sell it. The property listing shows that the building has 4 screening theaters, a 3 bedroom and 1 bath apartment, and a concession area with restrooms. One stipulation is that the attached parking lot is owned by the city of Pacific Grove.

The cinema has an asking price of 3.5 million dollars.
