Pullin scores 28, UC Riverside beats Cal Poly 73-72 in OT

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (AP) — Zyon Pullin had 28 points in UC Riverside’s 73-72 overtime victory against Cal Poly on Saturday.

Pullin had 10 rebounds for the Highlanders (21-11, 14-6 Big West Conference). Flynn Cameron added 16 points while shooting 6 for 14 (1 for 7 from 3-point range) and 3 of 8 from the free-throw line, and he also had six rebounds and five assists. Lachlan Olbrich shot 5 of 10 from the field and 3 for 5 from the foul line to finish with 14 points, while adding seven rebounds and three steals.

The Mustangs (7-24, 1-18) were led by Brantly Stevenson, who recorded 32 points and four assists. Alimamy Koroma added 19 points and two blocks for Cal Poly. Chance Hunter also had seven points, eight rebounds, four assists and two steals. The Mustangs extended their losing streak to 18 in a row, tied with Presbyterian for the longest active streak of its kind.
