KION Pets of the Week for July 17, 2025

Our Neighborhood Pet Project and Animal Friends Rescue Project introduces this weeks multiple Pets of the Week.

MEET: DAPHNE AND MADDIE

Daphne and Maddie are two adventurous tortoise shell sweethearts who have been in foster care since they were rescued from Greenfield. Daphne is the one with the white spot on her face if you didn't know.

Both girls love getting attention from people and will roll over for some belly rubs.

Maddie favors her round pet bed while Daphne likes the kitten tree near the window.

MEET: SAMSON

Samson is an athletic tri-pawed kitty who is as sweet as can be.

The two-year-old likes tummy rubs and chin scratches despite not being much of a lap cat. But even so, he'll enjoy curling up right next to his companion.

Samson's ideal home is with gentle adults or kids over 10 who can respect his need for a slow start.

Slow introductions with other animals should be okay!

MEET: STUART

Stuart has been featured on Pet of the Week previously and is still looking for his furever home.

Stuart is obsessed with bones and his kong toys. The Shepherd Mix is potty and crate trained and his foster has been hard at work with obedience and loose leash walk training.

His preferred home is with adult adopters who are home throughout the day.
