KINGSTON, R.I. — Ishmael Leggett scored 19 points, including five in the overtime, as the Rhode Island Rams took down the UMass-Lowell River Hawks 77-75. The Rams improved to 4-7 with the victory and the River Hawks fell to 11-2.
