BRUSSELS (AP) — As war rages on in Ukraine, President Joe Biden will huddle with key allies in Europe this week. They will talk through plans for imposing punishing new sanctions on Russia and dealing with an extraordinary humanitarian crisis. They will also develop a consensus on how the allies would respond if Russia were to launch a cyber, chemical or even nuclear attack. Biden arrived Wednesday in Brussels, where on Thursday he will meet with allies from NATO, the European Union and the Group of Seven nations, which are all holding summits that day. Biden on Friday is scheduled to continue on to Poland, which has been on the front lines of a growing refugee crisis.
