Caldecott Tunnel partially closed due to storm affecting electrical system

Two of the Caldecott Tunnel’s bores will be closed through Christmas Day, Caltrans said on Wednesday.
Bore 1, which takes drivers eastbound on Highway 24, and Bore 3, which takes drivers westbound on Highway 24, will be closed.
The closure is due to the storm affecting the electrical system. Bores 2 and 4 will stay open.
Caltrans said they expect the closures to remain in place until Friday.
