USGS: 3.7 magnitude earthquake hits near Tres Pinos

TRES PINOS, Calif. (KION-TV) Monday afternoon at 1:26 p.m., an earthquake registering 3.7 shook homes throughout the Central Coast.

The quake's epicenter was seven miles SSW of Tres Pinos, with a depth of 5.6 miles, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

There have been reports of people feeling the quake in Salinas.

There have been no reports of damage or injuries.
