Monterey County announces a new mural planned for its juvenile hall

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV) -- The Monterey County juvenile hall is getting a colorful upgrade Friday.

A new mural is set to be unveiled this Friday at 11:00 am at the Juvenile Hall facility, located at 1420 Natividad Road, Salinas.

Artist Fabian Debora leading the youth at the facility in the painting effort, helping to rehabilitate the kids through creative expression.
