8-year-old injured after being hit by car in Soledad

SOLEDAD, Calif. (KION-TV) -- An eight year-old girl was injured in Soledad after running into traffic in Soledad.

According to Soledad Police Department, the accident happened on 3rd Street around 3:30 p.m. with the girl being struck by an oncoming car.

The victim was then taken into an Air Ambulance at a field by Hartnell College.
