King City juvenile self-admits into hospital with gunshot wound

KING CITY, Calif. (KION-TV) - A juvenile admitted themselves into a King City hospital after reportedly suffering a gunshot wound.

According to King City Police, the juvenile entered the hospital around 12:50 am at the Mee Memorial Hospital with the wound. The victim remains in stable condition and is expected to survive. Police say that the incident is "believed to have occurred within the city of King," after a preliminary investigation.

The case is under active investigation, with anyone with further information is asked to contact Captain Partida at 831-385-4848.
