Four displaced after house fire in Gilroy on Tuesday

GILROY, Calif. (KION-TV) - Four people have been displaced after a structure fire in Gilroy on Tuesday night.

According to the Santa Clara County Fire Department, the fire broke out around 7 p.m. on Magic Spring Road in an unincorporated area of Gilroy. The structure had been fully engulfed in flames and spread to nearby vegetation.

Crews from Santa Clara FD, CAL FIRE, and Gilroy Fire Department worked together to contain the fire and stop its spread from further wildland vegetation.

The impact on said vegetation amounted to only 0.3 acres. While no injuries were reported, four residents were displaced.
