Marina man arrested for morning DUI

MARINA, Calif. (KION) -- A man was arrested on the morning of April 28 on DUI in Marina near Highway 1 on Reservation Road.

According to Marina Police, the driver of a Ford Fusion had collided with a Tesla Cybertuck around 7:20 a.m. Both drivers suffered moderate to severe injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The Ford Fusion driver, 37-year-old Mario Adrian Ruiz, was arrested on multiple charges, including felony DUI, a DUI probation violation, and possession of assault rifles.
